The market-exclusive Butt Joint Assembly Method is a collaboration between AMP and Simms Machinery. Designed for the mill working industry, the Butt Joint Assembly Method joins together both interior and exterior trim sizes up to 1” x 6” and consists of AMP’s Backnailer Joining Machine, equipped with a 90- degree material fencing system. It replaces common methods of stapling and can be purchased separately with new machines or installed on existing customers’ AMP machines.
