The Washington Post reports that today the Supreme Court, by a 6-3 vote, upheld a provision in the Affordable Care Act that government subsidies that make health insurance affordable for millions of Americans should be available to all who qualify.  The ruling endorsed the Obama administration’s position that subsidies should be available for all low and moderate-income Americans nationwide, not just in states that have their own health insurance programs.  Read More at WashingtonPost.com.
