AMD 100 Revision Cycle – Update
The AMD 100 was developed by WMA to provide door pre-hangers and distributors with a voluntary standard for testing and rating the structural performance of a side-hinged exterior door system, and qualifying components for substitution in that rated system.  In May, specific revisions to the standard were proposed by WMA’s Industry Standards and Certification Committee (ISCC) and made available for public review and consensus body balloting.  The ISCC has made additional changes in lieu of comments that were received during this initial ballot and public review period.  These changes are now available for public review and comment on the WMA website, and are in strikethrough and underline format.

Comments are limited in scope to these additional changes and are due September 6, 2015.  Please email comments to mail@worldmillworkalliance.com.

If you would like to order a copy of the ANSI/AMD 100-2013, please email your request to mail@worldmillworkalliance.com.
