Empowering Women in the Supply Chain: Bridging Gaps and Fostering a Supportive Community

There is positive change happening in the traditionally male-dominated supply chain and logistics industry. Women are stepping into the spotlight of leadership roles more than ever before. According to Gartner’s 2023 Women in Supply Chain Survey, women currently represent 41% of the supply chain workforce, with 26% of those in C-suite leadership roles. However, as SCB contributor Harshida Acharya explains, there are still challenges to face and overcome, and more work that needs to be done.
