The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced on Friday that it commends the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals for enacting a nationwide stay of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) final regulations that expand the definition of “waters of the United States” under the Clean Water Act.
