WMA Members Invited to Participate in Strategic Planning Survey
At the October 2021 Board Meeting in Mobile, the WMA Board of Directors made the decision to initiate a Strategic Planning Process this year using the services of a professional facilitator, Indian River Consulting Group. The Strategic Planning Process will assist the Association to better understand the needs of the WMA membership while positioning itself to serve the Millwork Industry. The end goal is to develop a comprehensive, long term plan that will enhance the future by strengthening the effectiveness of World Millwork Alliance.
MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
We invite WMA members to have a voice and participate in the Strategic Planning Process. We need the input of all WMA members to ensure that a strong strategic plan is in place.
