In trying to establish a sound compensation system, managers are continually looking for benchmarks. That is, they want to know how much other companies are paying for certain positions. They also want to know what fringe benefit packages are being offered.
WMA partnered with North American Building Material Distribution Association as well as North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors to conduct a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits survey which will help you benchmark your company, not only in the industry, but also amongst other companies in distribution.
