Single-Family Home Size Increases at the Start of 2018
Counter to the recent prevailing trend, new single-family home size increased at start of 2018. New home size had been falling over the last two years due to an incremental move to additional entry-level home construction.

Residential Construction Starts Fell 9% in April
The value of residential construction starts fell 9% from March to April. This is part of larger construction start slow down, as all three major sectors (non-building, non-residential and residential) took a 13% collective tumble to $674.3 billion, according to a report by Dodge Data & Analytics.

Tips for Safety Conversations Between Supervisors and Employees
