The blinds are safely enclosed between two tempered panes, naturally preserving their look and integrity while not requiring to be cleaned or dusted! GLIDE’s aesthetically pleasing design will be offered in White and Earthtone in a multitude of sizes.

LYNDEN, Wash. – Embracing the popular flat-panel designs and single-step shaker profile, Lynden Door introduces the latest in modern sophistication with the Aberdeen molded door.

As the success of Lynden Door’s flat-panel line grows, introduction of this new three panel stacked profile brings a simplicity and sophistication that connects traditional design sensibilities found in the early 20th century Arts & Crafts movement with the present contemporary and modern trends.

The flat, smooth panels closely resemble a Shaker or square profile. The Aberdeen design joins the one-panel Mercer, two-panel Whitman, three-panel Yarrow and five-panel Winthrop in Lynden Door’s popular flat-panel collections. The distinct craftsman profile of the Aberdeen gives the new offering a unique standing within the Lynden Door collection.

Manufactured at the Lynden, Washington facility using molded high-density fiberboard that resists shrinking, swelling, cracking and joint separation, the Aberdeen comes in the standard 6-8, 7-0 and 8-0 sizes and is available in a variety of special-order sizing, along with bifold’s. The 10-inch high bottom rail meets most disability access requirements and the wide top and bottom rails allow trimming of up to 1 inch on each end. The Aberdeen is available as a hollow or solid-core door and the 1-3/4-inch version comes 20-minute rated.

Custom factory machining and painting is available on the Aberdeen.

The Aberdeen is now available for order with fulfillment – effective March 1. Marketing support materials; sell sheet, display and line drawings are available upon request.
