Powell Valley Millwork to invest $3.35 million in new manufacturing space and equipment
Powell Valley Millwork (PVM), a Poplar mouldings manufacturer based in Kentucky, announces significant expansion plans for 2018 including construction of a 26,500 square foot building which will house a new chopline with multiple scanners and saws feeding three finger-jointers. “Increased volume from our traditional consumers of residential trim as well as new product line development has been pushing us in this direction for a couple years now,” said Michael Thornberry, Vice President of PVM.  “We are eager to get into this space with increased capacity so we can continue growing and meeting the demands of our valued customers.” Read more at The Lane Report
